Delivery
Every piece is embroidered to order — nothing is pre-made. Your garment is stitched, checked and dispatched within 2–5 working days, then delivered by tracked courier. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within a week to ten days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment your piece ships. Delivery is free on UK orders over £60.
Returns
We want you to keep it forever — but if it’s not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return any item, unworn and unwashed, for a full refund or exchange. That includes embroidered pieces: your number is part of our standard collection, so nothing is treated as a one-off custom order.
If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage — just email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll sort it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How to return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.
